Project Information

The new Opal Drive Pump Station is a key project as part of Tauranga City Council’s planned wastewater services upgrade in Pāpāmoa.

It will be a key pump station in their wider wastewater network, as it will pump the majority of wastewater flows from the eastern and central Pāpāmoa area and Wairākei Urban Growth Area through to the Te Maunga wastewater treatment plant. Fulton Hogan secured the contract to build this key piece of infrastructure in 2024.
